Testimonials
Judith - Consultant

I started my career training for the ACA at Grant Thornton within the commercial audit department. After qualifying, I moved to Virgin Management to work as an FP&A Analyst for two years.
I joined Swn Partners in April 2024 because I wanted to continue learning and be challenged at work. I had found the cyclical nature of in-house finance to be slightly repetitive and I missed the team aspect of project work. Since joining Swan I have worked with a variety of clients across sectors and have enjoyed the mix of modelling and data pack projects, working with a range of stakeholders. The people you work with make all the difference and that is the best thing about Swan - the culture is very friendly and supportive and I have always felt that my opinion is valued.
Laura - Senior Manager

I started my career at PwC in Audit, focusing on financial services. I enjoyed working in teams and interacting with clients, but wanted to gain some broader experience and work alongside management. Swan Partners appealed to me as they work on a broad range of types of projects as well across different sectors.
Since joining Swan Partners in 2019, I’ve had the opportunity to work on over 70 projects working with companies from pre-revenue start up stage to listing on the London Stock Exchange, across all industry sectors.
Whilst we work on high profile transactions, there is a strong culture of team work and collaboration, ensuring the work load is shared and maintaining a good work life balance. We place a lot of emphasis on training and development of the team, and there is a lot of opportunity to step up and progress.
